This Hōjicha Powder is made from blend of first flush stems and Bancha leaves, harvested in the Kyoto region and sand roasted carefully according to artisanal production methods dating back to the Edo period.
Hoijcha can be enjoyed any time of the day due to its low levels of caffeine. The Hojicha powder is also great used in cakes.
In the cup: Whisk the powder with warm water and add warm milk to make a Hojicha Latté with a warming and nutty flavor.
How to brew:
Use 2-3g for 70 ml water.
Whisk and add warm milk of choice.
